Configurable product Search SKU

Hi .

I am setting up new magento catalog , with many Configurable products. customers will tend to search SKU , and sku assigned to attributes dose not show in search result , is there easier way to allow SKU search on product that are not visible ?

You mean your simple products that are assigned to the configurable have their visibility set to "Not visible individually" and you'd like your configurable product to show up in search when someone searches for the SKU of the assigned simple product?

You can just create a new attribute like "Search SKUu" and make that attribute searchable and fill in the SKUs of simple products on the configurable product on that attribute.

To enable SKU searches for configurable products, you might want to check your search settings and consider using a custom module to include SKUs in the search index. This should help customers find Repair products more easily. Good luck with your setup!
