We have a 2.4 site with only 1 site, store and view.
We have a discrepancy between Default Stock and Quantity in may of our products. I've read the thread here:

But it doesn't explain how this is possible in a single instance. Is there a way to explain this? It can't be that those missing items are in a shopping cart, or is that the case?If they're invoiced and/or shipped, that would reduce the Default Quantity, right?
We need to understand the "location" of the discrepancies.
