Delete all Tax Rates & Zones at once from DB or CLI ?

Hi all,

In Magento 2.1 is there a way to Mass Delete all Tax Rates & Zones at once from DB or CLI ?

I only need two VAT rates applicable and would like to get rid of these... 475 entries as seen in the screenshot attached
