Disable Magento Email Translation

I'm using Magento 2.3.3 with two store views (English/Arabic) with the arabic store in Arabic Language. my issue is that the emails are using the cvs file to translate the emails which is really messing up the translation. is there a way to make all store views use the default english emails and now translate them?
