Discount catalog price rules

Hey everyone! This is my first post. 

I want to have 25% on all products from the same brand. 
The problem is that I dont know how to place 25% on both already special priced items (sale items so they get further 25% from the sale price they already have) and on normal priced products. 

Can someone help?

You need to add condition for those products on which you want to add rule.
