Does M 2.4 auto invoice all orders? We are getting two invoice per order

2 - at £0.00!?! 

 

We did have Webpanda and BSS Commerce 'auto invoice' active, so I have disabled both and tested using two different payment options, but still the issue is there. 

any idea?
