Dynamic Color Switcher

Greeting,

I have custom T-Shirt site, each T-shirt design might be printed on "Men" or "Ladies" Tshirt, ladies always have feminine colors different than the men colors, as an example "Pink" is only available for ladies 

My Question: How I can add a dynamic color switcher that be enabled based on the gender selection, if the customer clicked on "Men T-Shirt" then he gonna get the men colors only? and same thing for ladies
