Elastic Search and M2.4 installing on Dedicated server but with external access to Elasticsearch

Hi 

We are using Siteground for our new development site m2.4. Siteground have stated that we cannot install Elasticsearch on the server. 

But that the solution is set up a deployment on Eleasticsearch,  which I suppose is fine!!  Well apart from the additional cost in having M2.4 (so we are now looking at alternatives!!!)

That said I would like to sort this out.  It seems I deployed a 'Enterprise Search Deployments' and not a 'regular search deployment' 

Can someone point out on Elasticsearch control panel where this is? I really would like to set up asap.
