Error on admin pannel

I get an error when logging in admin.:

Report says: "0":"Class Magento\\Captcha\\Model\\Recaptcha does not exist","1":"

I have tried to disable captcha trough:

1. bin/magento msp:security:recaptcha:disable

2. Database: core_config_data msp_securitysuite_recaptcha/backend/enabled = 0

3. Database: core_config_data admin/captcha/enable = 0

4. config.php MSP_ReCaptcha' => 0,

None of the above solutions work. I still get this
