Free shipping promotion

Hello,

Is it possible to add free shipping to a promotion, BUT only for this one promotion? We don't want free shipping to be displayed in the checkout for every customer, just those that have applied the code at the basket.

Hi Timothy,

Yes! It's possible.

You can enabling Free Shipping, but set the minimum $ amount so high that it won't show in the cart except when it's triggered by a promotion. For instance, if you set the minimum order amount to 99999 (ie. $99,999), Free Shipping shouldn't appear in your cart... but if it's triggered by a promotion, it should become available to the shoppers.
