Go to Checkout - Remove?

We only have paypal as a payment method so the default "go to checkout button" is redundant, is there a way to stop this showing?

This button will be shown whenever there are available payment methods. As you have PayPal enabled, it will be shown despite there being a separate button for checking out with PayPal express on the cart. 

So, unfortunately, the most straightforward way of doing this is removing the button in your theme.
