How can I install Composer or where can I find it to use?

Hi,

I'm using Magento 2.1 for the first time.

If I wwant to install something, the y always tzlk about installing with Composer.

But where can I find Composer?

Or how can I install it?

And how do I use it?

My Magento installation is on a hosting server.

Please Help!!!
