How do I add a UPS Shipping method?

We currently use UPS shipping on our site. We have the options for overnight, 2 day, etc and it all works great. UPS also offers a shipping method called parcel post/surepost. I would like to offer that. It isn't on my list of options. How would I add this as an option?

I think that is only for Magento 2. It looks like a great plugin but everything we have works fine, I just want to add one method. Not sure why it is so complicated.
