How to configure table rates?

Hello,

In M2, I'm trying to figure out how to import or set the specific table rates. I enabled Table Rates in Configuration > Shipping, but I don't see a file upload button anywhere. 

Is this working in M2?

Yes it is working fine.

First go ;

Admin => store => configuration =>Choose store view MAIN WEBSITE

go to sales

scroll down to shipping methods and voila you see EXPORT a cvs file and a bit further down IMPORT cvs file.

be sure to have the correct format.

a bit confusing at first, i'll have to go and understand how store views work.
