First some history:
I have a customer that have a multi store site that has been mainly for a Scandinavian audience. Now they want to sell the whole world. The problem is that their pricelist (admin) includes local taxes. Different taxes dependent on the product types.
Because all of the other stores doesn’t care about “reduction” of taxed price we can’t change the overall tax rules.
So I made some new customer tax class specific to that store. Added new Tax rules for the countries that have taxes (all E.U. country).
That works but when it comes to the guest account and “OnePage Checkout” I’m failing. The user “NOT LOGGED IN” can only be in one customer tax class, globally, and I have to preserve the other stores.
Someone who have ideas or perhaps I’m totally at wrong path. Is there a better way, plugin or what?
P.S. Does everybody really have added taxes to the (admin)price or is my customer wrong?
