Incomplete orders table

Hi friends,

I've a question.

I want to contact with the customers who didn't complete their order., is there a table in database for incomplete or temporary orders ?

Please add the below Magento feature to notify the customer who left the products in the cart and does not complete the order process.

This feature is not given by the default magento. So, you have to do customization for this.

I am not sure if the extensions provide you with the phone numbers or not but you need to check in the market for those.

But they can provide you the product and customers report that I am sure.

Stores > Settings > Configuration > dotdigital > Abandoned Carts

Enroll abandoned cart to determine the automation program that is triggered when a cart is abandoned. This option is disabled until an active abandoned cart program is available in your dotdigital account. Options: (Available programs).
Enroll abandoned cart after: Determines the length of the delay before an abandoned cart is enrolled in the program. Options: 15 minutes / 30 minutes / 1 hour / 6 hours / 12 Hours
