Limited Admin Access to display CMS pages only5

I created a role and user but want to limit the user's role to only display CMS pages but able to write on those pages.  This Web user will be used by my Advertising agency and I do not want them to have full admin access.  Does anybody have a solution of what I would select under custom of the role I created.

What version of Magento are you running? I've checked your website and it doesn't look like a Magento 2 store? 

FYI - it's not a native functionality in magento to restrict read/write access. I suggest that you look for a third party solution to do so.
