MOQ by product by customer group

We need to be able to enforce different buying rules for wholesale customer than for retail ones for each individual product/sku. And even better would be by catalog type.

For example, the easy one should: 

• Retail customers can buy 1 each of any particular sock but,
• Wholesale customers must buy at least 3 of one type of sock, and/or 2 of a different sock
  • They would haven't to buy 3 of the first and 2 of the second necessarily (on the same order), just ensure that whichever sku they buy, the particular minimum for that product is enforced

Even better:

• Again, no retail enforcement, but,
• Wholesale customers must buy according to the sku minimum above, and at least x pairs of total socks

I suspect this is possible in the rules engine, but I can't quite work my way around how. We're on CE 2.4.

There's no setting for MOQ for each product by customer group. We need this by customer group, so that Wholesale customers have a different minimum buy than retail customers for example.......
