Magento 2.0 tier prices in configurable product

Magento 2.0 tier prices in configurable product

Hi everybody, I've got a problem with tier prices.

I got lots of configurable products where I want to update tier prices without going into every simple product every time.

Does somebody have an idea where I can find an extension or any other way to solve this problem?

It would be great if someone could help me with that.

Thanks a lot!

I would also like more info on this.  Maybe a CSV upload could do it?

Re: Magento 2.0 tier prices in configurable product

I have also had the same issue.  When I export the tier prices for "general" and "wholesale" that I manually input under admin and use the column headers to try to import back in it freezes every time.  Anyone have any solutions for this.  Customer import also erroring out.

Re: Magento 2.0 tier prices in configurable product

Any updates on this?

I am also encountering this issue in version 2.1.

I have configurable products that literally have hundreds of configuration options, it's just not feasible to have to manually set the tier prices for each individual product configuration created.

I don't understand why you can't set tier prices on the configurable product itself.

@codestr

In that case, best is to export your entire catalogue in a CSV format, make bulk changes and import back in the system. It's more efficient and will save you a lot of time.

I hope that helps.

Re: Magento 2.0 tier prices in configurable product

@ShoaibRehman89 Thanks for the suggestion. While that is probably the best option to accomplish the task at this at the moment, and what we'll probably end up doing, it's not a solution to the problem. When we're going to be adding and changing products all the time, this is cumbersome and counter-productive.

If I remember right, this feature existed in 1.x, no? Just seems like regression, instead of progress.

Re: Magento 2.0 tier prices in configurable product

@ShoaibRehman89 so, when attempting your solution, within the Magento export, it gives us the option between exporting products or advanced pricing. Exporting the products doesn't include the tier pricing, using advanced pricing it includes tier pricing, but only for products that already have it setup within Magento. Is this the same experience you've had with this solution?
