Magento 2.4.0 guest checkout

Hello, I'm configuring checkout process for my website based on Magento 2.4.0

Referring to Magento Dev Docs related to Magento 2.4.0 version, once allowed guest checkout, customer should have this options after clicking Place Order (you can refer to: https://docs.magento.com/user-guide/sales/checkout-guest.html ):

In my case, instead, once guest checkout is allowed, what customer see on the storefront once clicked on Proceed to Checkout is the following, different from the previous. Is there someone who can help me or maybe the previous image is not updated? Really thanks

@piyush_khandelw I use the "Photos" command to enter images, they are jpeg but once the post is published they're not visible!
