Magento Marketplace Account - "SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate "

I'm new to Magento and I try to install extension. So I see the weird way is to use Magento Marketplace Account (no way to simply download it...). OK, let it be. Buf for some reason I need SSL certificate or it does not work: "SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate". Why to use certificate just to download file? :-( This is test server. I do not have certificate and I will not.

Any other human way to install extension?
