Magento admin panel login css not loading

After creating a custom admin url, the magento admin panel login wasn't loading at all. Then I changed the "frontname" in the app/etc/env/php file and that worked, but now the css is not loading. Already tried setup:static-content:deploy nl_NL -f.

Please follow the steps below:

• Open app/etc/di.xml
• Please find the following code:
  

  <item name="view_preprocessed" xsi:type="object">Magento\Framework\App\View\Asset\MaterializationStrategy\Symlink</item>

  and replace it with the following code:
  

  <item name="view_preprocessed" xsi:type="object">Magento\Framework\App\View\Asset\MaterializationStrategy\Copy</item>

• Please run the following commands:
  • php bin/magento s:up
  • php bin/magento s:d:c
  • php bin/magento s:s:d -f
  • php bin/magento c:f
