My Magento Account API Portal not working

I installed the Amazon Sales Channel Extension and one of the steps in setting this up is to generate an API key in my Magento account per these instructions: https://docs.magento.com/user-guide/v2.3/sales-channels/asc/amazon-verify-api-key.html
When I try to generate an API key for the production environment from my Magento account, nothing happens. The page appears to be be broken. Every time I try generating the API key per the instructions and once hit “add new” nothing happens. I get no API key, just a blank 

I'm able to generate a key for my sandbox environment without issue.

Any ideas?

It should not throw any error, have you connected with any vpn? if yes please disconnect your VPN as sometimes it create issue. or share a screenshot of error so it might help to check exact issue.
