Have SSL installed
For a couple of months I've been creating my magento shop using a preview domain (a temporarry domain given by host, wkjht4t5.preview.site)
Now I'm ready to configure a real domain for it. I have done so and it works fine. These links works fine: (mydomain is just an example, and we are not naming admin link for admin)
mydomain.com
mydomain.com/admin
Problem
Our webshop have store and storeview for some specific countries. I have configured magento to accept store code in the url... (this has been working fine on preview domain)
but today I thought I better test this on the real domain....
lets say I want to navigate to www.mydomain.com/no/, but then I'm redirected to
wkjht4t5.preview.site (see I'm redirected from HTTPS to HTTP), hence I get this error message in Google Chrome:
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from wkjht4t5.prev.site (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards)
NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
If I send customers to www.mydomain.com/no/, then I want them to be there, not redirected to a preview domain and I want them to still be on SSL.. What should I do?
