Newsletter specific recipients

Hello all, I'm Anna, from the UK. I have a question about configuring newsletter - is it possible to send it to a specific subscribers only? I can't see an option to group subscribers or to create a separate list; do I need an extension for that? Thanks!

There is no functionality available in the Magento community edition for the filter of the specified customers. please find the extensions available in the market for the same.
