Non Taxable Goods - setting up tax classes

Hi, so I have set up VAT on magento, but it is currently applied to everything (we sell adult and childrens clothing) so i need the childrens clothing to not have VAT applied.

I have set one product manually to "none" in the tax class and exported to csv, the TAX_class_name is then set to "0".

I then tried to set all applicable products to "0" and upload via csv but it has not changed the products.

is there another way to go about this?

You can just create csv with below way,

Pass tax_class_name as tax value not id.

sku,tax_class_name
simple5,None
simple6,None
simple3,None
