Place order in admin

Hi,

I try to place an order for a customer in the admin but I don't get any payment methods or shipping method. Do I need to do anything special in order to place an order for a customer in admin?

I checked in admin side and found that we can select the Payment method and Shipping Method. Attaching the screen shot for your reference:

Hi,

Please see attached image. I use Klarna and Braintree as payment methods on the production site and Matrix rates for shipping. Using magento 2.2.6.
