@Rakesh Jesadiya - Kudos from my end - yes forgot about that option - using that we can hide specific category/products on the customer group !

Note : But this is still required B2B setup on Enterprise Edition - Meaning for this also we need to setup/install and configured  B2B module on enterprise edition

Yea, This is the B2B feature of magento 2 and within B2B different customer group have different price structure.
