How can we import the Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator designed templates in Product customization tool module for Magento 2?

I think that really depends on the Product Customization tool that you're using. I imagine that most are built to require flat image files. You'd probably need to have them exported from software like Photoshop as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, or some other standardized file type.
