Hi,
im using magento with netzkollektiv afterbuy extension.
i cannot reach the support team, but i need a solution. most orders (independent of products, payment, guestcheckout oder shipping methods) woking fine. some orders are not syncronized to afterbuy with the error message: "Bestellung konnte nicht importiert werden: Angeforderter Store wurde nicht gefunden." ("Unable to import Order. Requested store is not found")
What could this be?
When i do a test ordner with the same products, shipping and payment it goes through...
