Schedule Import/Export

Does Magento 2.3.4 has Schedule Import/Export feature? I checked in docs and it says there is option for Schedule Import/Export under System->Data Transfer. But I don't have any option like this.

This features exists in Magento Commerce only. You are running with Magento open source so you cant access this feature.

Hi. What kind of export can be done?. Need order-xml including url to pdf, or export order-xml + pdf. Possible?
