Setting up Buy 2 get 2 free

Hi, I am trying to set up a buy 2 get 2 free rule. However, I found that I don't have the "Buy X Get Y (Any Product)" for that.

Here's the list of the rules I can access:

Both X and Y products are in the same category and I would like to have the 2 cheapest items free in the rule. Is there any rule(s) from my list able to accomplish this? If yes, would you mind showing me the steps? Thanks in advance.

What you have there as options in your screenshots is not default behaviour, you have some extension installed for cart price rules. Try contacting that extension's support to help you with setting up that rule.
