Shipment table shows order as pending even if order is completed

Hi,

When I go to SALES > SHIPMENTS, some shipments have "pending" in the order status column.

But if i go to SALES > ORDERS and find one of those orders, it says "completed" in the status column.

Any idea as to how this could happen ?

Try once reindexing:

php bin/magento index:reindex
