Shop skipped sometime a order ID

Hello,

in our shop the order ID sometimes skip one.

I have orders:

000000525

000000524

000000523

000000521

where is 000000522?

How can this happen?

Hello @hanhoe 

This cause reserve id in quote. You can see that the order numbers showed up as an abandoned cart. It due to pending payments or this order id assigned to any quote and payment not done due to any reason then this order saved as a reserve id for this order and generate new order id for upcoming orders.
