Show Out Of Stock and Add to Cart

Hello

We are starting to use Magento 2 and I try to configure it as we need it, but there is a little problem:

I have understand how to configure Backorder to show a product "In Stock" even there is 0 quantity, so costumer can order it.

The Problem is, we also have the possibility to visit us locally. So it would be better to show the product "Out of stock" with the possibility to order it, so costumer know we don't have one in the warehouse.

Also the "Only X left" is only shown with No Backorder, if I turn on Allow Qty below 0 the information disappears.

Is there a solution without purchasing an expensive extension?

Also coding is not my favorite way, because of installing further updates.

I can appreciate not wanting to use custom code. If it's not something you're comfortable with, you would be best off with an extension. 

I know that you mentioned not wanting an expensive extension. Expensive is subjective, so I'm not sure what you'd consider a good value, however, some extension developers are better known for putting out patches and updates, and providing good customer service, so it can be relative as well.

This extension would allow you to manage custom stock statuses. This could allow you to leave an item as available for sale, but with a message explicitly stating something like "Backorder - Won't ship until Month, Day, Year", or something to that extent.

There are other extensions out there if you Google for them, but I try to recommend extensions in the Magento Marketplace, since the Magento team reviews them for quality control.

I am checking Stock Status Label by LillikPro.

I had not searched for "Stock", only for "Inventory". I am natural german speaking
