Hi,
I'm trying to create a cart promotion rule of 70% off every 2nd product in the cart applied to the cheapest products.
Does anyone have any idea how to achieve this without using expensive 3rd party extensions.
Even if there is some way to program such a rule it will be helpful if there is some example showing how to hook up to the cart for calculating the total price
