Planning to translate my whole webshop. I would like to export all at ones to a excel sheet. But how do i do this?

Could you please elaborate your issue more ? - what exactly you would like to export ?'

if you want to translate your content with another language magento2 have like i18n concept where you can put language csv file and add translations to it.

Language packs are also available for almost all languages so you can find it from github and installed it for the same.
