Stop and Remove internal customer logins for SSO

We have purchased a SAML 2.0 SSO module and it is working great.

The only issue is that when going to check out, the login popup comes up and on the left side, is Sign Up, which redirects to SSO perfectly.

On the right side is a login box, but this is for local login via Magento and I need a way to only allow our SSO logins.

Any advice?
