I was trying to upgrade Magento 2.1.3 to 2.1.12 but something went wrong and so I restored the old files and now I am getting this error in admin customer and product section simultaneously.

Error while editing/adding new customer - The requested component ("block") is not found. Before using, you must add the implementation.
Error while editing/adding new product - The requested component ("settings") is not found. Before using, you must add the implementation."

Is there any solution for the same. Can anyone help me out with this error?

You need to Disable extension one by one which you have custom made. The issue is regarding to Multiple Image Uploader so if you have used any multiple image uploader functionality in your any custom module please disable it and check issue is related to those specific modules or not.

Without Disable extension actual issue cant find by you so you have to disable all those extensions which contain logic related to product page functionality.
