UPS shipping method

In admin, I set Ship to Applicable Countries / Specific Countries US (only selected one country)

but on the checkout page. It also shows the method when I select Canada country.

Maybe it will get solved with this Magento 2 shipping restriction Extension to restrict the shipping address with some other cart rules and so on.kindly check it.

Check whether you selected/set US at default level or website level
