I can not seem to get this correctly configured so any help is greatly appreciated. I have set up UPS with my shipping account info and shipper id and enabled all available shipping methods, but UPS will not return any shipping rates when using a Puerto Rico zip code/address. The shipping origin is the United States. Any ideas?
