When can we expect to release Magento 2.3 user guide?

Actually, I am trying to find Magento community user guide with latest update release.

But I am unable to find it.

I just find 2.0 and 2.2 version guide only so my question is when can we expect to release it?

@gelanivishal I already checked here and here. It should be 2.3 user guide but when we open a pdf file it displays 2.2 version's pdf file
