admin page show error

I installed magento version 2.1 the latest version, the installation was successfully completed then it start giving me the error, the home page opens only in https and the admin page does not open at all. it gives " 

This localhost page can’t be found

No web page was found for the web address:http://localhost/magento/admin_slb18g/admin/index/index/key/c2a8829fb1d6d1bf7f875f798cf72fbb5e67605176e076a4a0cd526819b51ac4/

cry for help during the installation of facebook like the web shop there was some mistake, I could no longer log in to the admin panel http://lavanda-bacac.hr/web-shop/admin123 tried to remove magenta or maintenance.flag no results, desperately looking for help
