associate Simple Products with custom options to Configurable Product not working

We have two scenarios:

Contain configuration articles with simple articles.
The simple articles can contain custom options. In this case these custom options are not displayed.

It is different if configuration articles contain individual simple articles and only these configuration articles themselves and not the simple articles contain the custom options, then these are also displayed in the frontend.

When I put this second item in the shopping cart, the selected custom options are not displayed in the shopping cart and after the order has been placed.

What am I doing wrong. It cannot be the case that the selected option is not transferred after an order has been placed. Not in the email and not in the backend either.

I would like to define my problem again:
Configurable article A has several simple articles A1, A2, A3
If simple articles A1, A2 and A3 contain the custom options, these options are not displayed in the frontend.

However, if the configurable article A contains the custom options and not the associated simple article, these options are displayed in the frontend. You can choose these options. If this article is in the shopping cart, the custom options will not be displayed. The options are also not displayed in the confirmation e-mail, because data from the simple articles are displayed everywhere and not from the configurable items. But A1, A2, A3 do not contain any options.

What am I doing wrong?
