customer can not login on chrome browser in magento 2.1.8

When a customer puts his e-mail and password and clicks Submit, the page refreshes and leaves the fields empty, without logging in.While other browser allowing login of customers to their account. Please help me to find out the solution.Thanks

Please change your url localhost to 127.0.0.1 of magento.

In chrome localhost is not working well.

Go To database, core_config_data table and change 

web/unsecure/base_url with http://127.0.0.1/magento2/
web/secure/base_url with http://127.0.0.1/magento2/

Above replace magento2 with your path url.
