footer links for store views

We have 3 store views EN,DE,FR for CE2.3.1

And the default footer link is English.

Where to edit the link for the DE,FR store views?

I understand the requirement you are trying to achieve but this is known issue - also from the backend you don't have any option to change you will require to do customization on the same.

Also if you just want to translate that links language - it means on English store it should be in English and on French store is should be in French language - then you will require to install a Language pack.

Install a language pack and select the specific french language for your french store, then check links will showcase in french - and if its still showcase in English language then you will require to add your translation in translation csv file.

When we added the new CMS block with footer link option, we got the second column footer links.

And how to add  the third column?

As per my knowledge you can add more link and it should be showcase in a third-column from the same console but you will require to do some CSS adjustments on the top of that !

so it will looks proper.
