orders don't show up in admin magento 2.2.2

I do hope someone out there is willing and able to point me in the right direction.

I'm using magento 2.2.2 (still dev mode) and trying some test orders.

The transactional emails come in to customer and admin, that's working perfect. Just when I go to backend/admin area and look at the orders, there's nothing there, also filtering doesn't help, the orders just don't seem to come in.

I do see this: Signifyd Guarantee Decision by filter options which I never seen before, is there anyone who happens to know why orders won't show up?

Hi @RockMariska,

Can you confirm if you have the Magento's cronjobs configured properly? Maybe same reindex needed?

Thank you for your response, awesome!! I guess that's the whole issue.

Somehow I can't seem to get the cronjobs working properly.....since I moved to another hosting and this one is using a hypernode, I'm really on a journey now...
