:+1: I would take this even further. It would be nice to have a completely new layered navigation. The customer should be able to select 2 or more attribute values from the same attribute. A slider for price (or at least the possibility to manually set the interval) would be nice. Actually this would be nice for all decimal attributes.

"Price slider" requires some pretty strong opinions on the part of the framework regarding implementation and . I prefer to take @tzyganu's approach - though it's really a separate feature request - and have the framework facilitate multiple distinct values for a given facet. Let the implementers & community developers create the finished extensions on top of our new layered nav API :+1:

@igor-svizev the improvement looks nice. However, I cannot give you immediate response on whether this feature will make it into the Magento 2 release version. This might appear in Magento after the release, who knows. I marked this issue for discussion within the Product Management team. I will get back to you once we have a decision.

@verklov I think we might make it on framework level before release because it's really big change for minor updates.

MAGETWO-33402 @tkacheva seems to be incorrectly referenced as it is closed story for product video, nothing to do with sliders.

The relevant epic is MAGETWO-43193 but is it not currently scheduled.
