Cache in a Farm

Hi,

I've 2 frontend machines. If i use Redis to manage the cache, this will be managed by the cache management at the backoffice?

You need to flush the cache by System -> Cache Management.

Click on Flush Cache Storage they will flush cache storage of magento as well as other caching engine caches.

You also run command from magento root by,

php bin/magento cache:flush
