Cron Job without CLI

Hello!

Unfornately, I cannot access to my server via SSH. I cannot create the Cron Job via the CLI. My webhoster has a Cronjob Manager. I can add Cronjobs as a Code, or via a GUI (See images).

What do I have to select?
